Lacu Restaurant

No white tablecloths and faux formal dining here – it’s the best of the north, delish and local. Its honest and filling – not fancy.

The sourdough before the meals comes from http://www.lovinglyartisan.com/ in Kendal, the oil is Yorkshire Rapeseed oil.

And the menu has firm favourites like full circle of Cumbrian sausage in a porcelain bowl, but with loads of different sides to share.
